"By chance I came across the website. After some looking around, I came across a beautiful mini urn and a lovely ash pendant.
As I am allergic to nickel, I had called Floris about this. He was good to me.
After several days of comparing products, I kept coming back to the mini urn and ash pendant.
As we can pick up my father next week, there was some urgency. I was quite late ordering myself which could have made Floris say, sorry madam this is not going to work out.
But he didn't. He arranged for me to receive the urn and the pendant as a matter of urgency and that happened today. A beautiful urn with engraving and a beautiful pendant. Worth a big 10! Can't describe it any other way!
